Mark Smalley

Mark is a writer, speaker, trainer, and bridge-builder. He is Content Architect at Giarte, IT Management Consultant at Smalley.IT, and Master Trainer for GamingWorks' The Phoenix Project business simulation. He has contributed to many bodies of IT knowledge and was Global Ambassador for the DevOps Agile Skills Association. He was Lead Editor of ITIL 4 High-velocity IT. Mark has spoken at hundreds of events in more than thirty countries.
