The human side of IT — aspirations and actions

Digitally-enabled organizations require different ways of thinking and working. It is important to treat people better so that they feel willing and able to exercise their professional judgment under conditions of uncertainty. This presentation explores what many people in IT aspire to, and suggests actions that they can take to become happier and more productive.
