When testing disappeared from DevOps, and how to bring it back

Five years ago Netflix stories caused smiles or surprise: wow, developers will be responsible for deployment, and admins will write code! Who knew how it will turn out? (Baruch!) Developers started rushing for speed of delivering features and assemblies, and ops started rushing for security, pipelines automatization and continuous updates twice a day.

In this talk we will try to find out when testing chose the wrong way, and what to do to make it work as expected.
