SLA — a friend or a foe?

The talk is based on one large incident, on the example of which we will analyze the Service Level Agreement (SLA) from the developer's point of view in terms of the reliability of information systems. We'll learn how to choose the right Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and calculate metrics. And also consider how various architectural decisions affect SLOs. As a bonus, we will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the architecture of a federal-scale information system.
