CTO of KORUS Consulting. Avenir worked at EPAM, HP, Luxoft, Deutsche Bank, UBS, Motorola and Qasl in Russia, Poland and Singapore. He has worked his way up from a programmer to the director. For four years he was a trainer in leadership programs for project managers in Luxoft, and was awarded as the most effective trainer in the company.
