10 years ago Dmitry received SMS alerts on his private mobile phone and was that one who got up at night and repaired everything.

Now in Flant tech support are working more than 20 people, providing 24/7 availability for numerous L1 and L2 clients. Besides at least 30 more engineers, distributed geographically and by time zone are an on-call duty.
