SRE vs ITIL

The purpose of the talk is to dispel the hype around SRE on the one hand and conservatism around ITSM on the other. I will tell you about SRE principles, basic ITIL practices. How, in my opinion, they should be combined using DevOps CALMS and what the industry offers us now.
