Head of Development Platform at MTS Web Services (Cloud Platform) for Golang and Kotlin/Java developers. I am responsible for the process of hiring developers. Before that, I worked on infrastructure in Yandex and on managed services in Yandex Cloud for more than 10 years. I actively hired and built a development team. Created internal Java solutions for other teams.

I have extensive experience in server-side development of projects in distance learning, medicine, internet search, cloud infrastructure. Wrote MVPs and started new projects. Am very passionate about technology startups.

I write in Java, JS, Golang, Kotlin, Python, Perl, C++ (in descending order of expertise). Skilled in algorithmic and architectural interviews. I also have experience of such interviews in Russian bigtech.

I help various conferences to make content and prepare speakers (DevOops, JPoint).

I like cycling, listening to music and read a huge number of books.
