Vadim has spent the last 14 years in IT. He designed and developed distributed systems, scaled services under load, and managed teams, projects, and processes. Now he deals with reliability and stability of systems.

Loves Kanban, communications, and Kafka. In his spare time, he organizes meetups and conferences for the Rostov IT community RndTech, teaches to students and acts as a speaker.
