I have spent the last 14 years in IT. I designed and developed distributed systems, scaled services under load, and managed teams, projects, and processes. Now I deal with reliability and stability of systems.

I love Kanban, communications, and Kafka. In my spare time, I organize meetups and conferences for the Rostov IT community RndTech, teach to students and act as a speaker.
