Andrey Morozov

I have nine years of experience in IT, including seven years in DevOps. For the past four years, I have led IT teams, both DevOps teams and mixed cross-functional teams, in both product and outsourcing companies.

I lead team workshops, help establish engineering practices and workflows, and foster collaboration within teams and across related departments. I also have experience speaking at meetups.

I believe that people join a company because of the team, not the other way around.
