Fevlake

Over 15 years of experience in IT, I have come a long way — from a technical support specialist to the head of the architects' department.

In technical expertise, I grew up as an operations engineer, delving deeply into and understanding all the technologies and approaches encountered — from deep optimization of Linux subsystems to Kubernetes and microservice architectures.

After many years as an engineer, I realized that I wanted to move towards management, to make my colleagues' work easier, to help them grow, to get rid of stupidities in managing teams and people, to do more and do it on a larger scale. As a consequence, becoming a team leader, I have raised a lot of successful and cool professionals: team leaders, their deputies, engineers.

I am deeply immersed in psychology, mentoring, and employee training. Passionate about negotiation, completed a course based on the Harvard School of Negotiation from professional mediators. I continue to learn every day and seek inspiration from the best leaders.

I run DevOps agency Fevlake, building business and production processes, implementing change and scaling my team.
