I will tell you how the process of testing features technically changed in the organisation, using the example of one of the products that evolved from the MVP stage to commercial operation. I will also talk about how to achieve a tangible increase in CI performance for review stands, when it seemed that we would have to put up with the existing problem in the process - the long time for deploying the environment.
